Wyatt Farm is a neighborhood of 100 beautiful homes in the town of Blacksburg, Virginia.
The homes in Wyatt Farm sit on half-acre lots with over 32 acres of manicured green space integrated throughout the neighborhood. There are miles of walking trails in and around our community, including those that lead past our playground and pavilion, and to our private pond.
The Wyatt Farm HOA sponsors several regular events, including:

Pavilion Reservations
The pavilion can be reserved by Wyatt Farm residents for special events. Simply check for conflicts below and send your request to hoaboard@wyattfarm.org. Note that the reservation is only for the pavilion area. Other people may be enjoying the adjoining playground during your event.
The Wyatt Farm Homeowners Association (HOA) exists to ensure that our neighborhood stays beautiful, functional, and safe. The HOA Board welcomes questions, comments and, of course, your participation.
